Cubes of meat with vegetables


Meat cubes marinated vegetables

Ingredients
* 750 g bananas lean beef or pork shoulder section lean into large cubes

* 1½ teaspoon ground coriander
* 1½ teaspoon ground cumin

* 350 g Aliqtin, peeled and cut into large cubes
* 2 medium-sized beads or 500 g Ambassrgel, peeled and cut into thick slices

Preparation:
* Meat cubes are placed in a large skillet and add the onion and garlic slices with spices and cinnamon stick, saffron, water and MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon.
* Bring to boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for an hour and a half or until the meat is almost mature.
