French dish "Potato Gratin"


Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients for 6 people

Ingredients:
Cup and a half cup of cream intensive
A kilo and a half kilograms of sliced potatoes
3 cups milk
Cup and a half cup of grated cheese
Ground nutmeg, pepper and salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Brush the oven tray with oil and place cut potatoes and sow salt and spices on the surface of the potatoes.
- Pour the milk over the sliced potatoes and grated cheese and cream.
- Leave it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes to fry.
- Serve hot.
