How To prepare the Chinese chicken



Ingredients: 4 people
Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

A kilo of chicken breast, cut into squares
5 cloves garlic
Quarter teaspoon grated ginger
Four islands beads medium-sized chopped
Habtan of medium onion, cut into pieces
Habtan of green or yellow bell pepper
A quarter cup of mushroom section
A quarter cup of soy sauce
A quarter cup of corn oil

How to prepare:

We start by cutting the chicken into squares and then Nthblh each of pepper, salt and Nkulaih oil until it starts to color redness, then half of the oil and add the garlic, ginger, mushrooms, Nqlbh for two minutes, and add two cups of water to boil for a while, for a period ranging between 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour soy sauce over the mixture, and leave on low heat for 8 minutes, then offer the dish.
